Launch Tenders are responsible for ferrying members to the mooring field and 420 dock, for retrieving accidental swimmers, and for assisting with keeping the dock and water safe. They’re expected to make good decisions under pressure, and also asked to support the staff in their daily duties, including righting capsized sailing vessels. Launch Tenders will help maintain a friendly and positive work environment, while setting a good example to less experienced staff.

Must hold a valid Limited Masters USCG certification or higher and valid First Aid/CPR. Will be enrolled in our drug-testing program. Able to pass a background check similar to CORI. Ideal candidates are flexible, able to multi-task, have excellent time management skills, and enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment.
